Using Your Company Store Platform

• To ensure that factory minimums are met, we recommend no more than 6-8 holiday item
choices.
• Snowflake-design message card only. Includes 1-2 standard message options and generic
signature. Can include personalized signature if requested.
• Drop ship information must be provided using the Concord spreadsheet template, which is
available for download on your online holiday store.
• Cannot ship to PO Boxes – must provide a physical address.
• Electronic items must ship via ground service only – these items cannot be expedited.
• We ask that you adhere to cut-off dates & deadlines. We do not recommend extensions
to these dates to ensure delivery windows are met.

Offline Custom Orders

• Snowflake-design message card only. Includes customized gift card message and
signature. Personalized salutation is not recommended.
• Drop ship information must be provided using the Concord spreadsheet template, which
will be provided to you.
• Upon receipt of drop ship list, addresses will be validated, and any invalid addresses will be
sent back for correction. Send back corrected addresses only, not entire spreadsheet.
• If using client provided cards, we require dimensions of card to ensure it will fit within our
packaging.

manager will provide a firm quote according to your exact specifications. Pricing and inventory availability
are subject to change. Any applicable setup charges, sales taxes, and freight are additional.
